Return & Refund Policy

At Nordblood, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at contact@nordblood.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send the package.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items purchased on final sale or with a discount

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
